Tuesday night, when I got home from grocery shopping, I was tired, tired enough that I actually asked my spouse to reposition the car in the garage after I got it all wrong. I helped my spouse unload the groceries, though he did most of it. Then it was bedtime. We listened to a bit of a webcast before turning out the lights. Then, it started.
First, it was my left leg. It needed to move. I couldn't find anything to ease the repeated tightening feeling in the middle of my shin. I stretched. I tried a bit of an alcoholic beverage. I tried drinking two glasses of water. Nope. Eventually, both my arms felt like they needed to move. That was the last straw. Finally, at nearly 12:30am, I took a hydrocodone. That did it. It's certainly not my favourite solution.
Last evening (Wednesday) I feared the same thing. By the time we arrived home from church, I was tired. After getting the boys into bed, it was bedtime for me, too. My spouse soon joined me and we listened to a bit of a recorded TV program. My legs felt like the precursor to the previous night's problems. Thankfully, nothing came of it.
